For Corporate, Advertising, Headshot, Model Portfolio, Commercial, and Corporate Event photography, a 25% deposit is due at the time of the contract to secure the photography date and/or assignment with us. An invoice is issued for the remaining balance after the Photography session, once the invoice has been paid in full, we will release the images. We do accept net 15/20/30 terms; however, a deposit will still need to be made at the signing of the contract.

The Federal Government provides copyright protections to creative work and it's authors. There are severe penalties to those parties wishing to use creative work without permission [rights granted]. In order to control our creative works we have set up a special digital rights management system that allows us to track the usage of our photography, and the licensing we have granted. It may be requested of you to provide a copy, or copies, of the publication, or the link to the internet website address, where our images are in use.

It should be understood that licensing for the images we have provided you is not granted until the final balance of your account is paid. We work closely with the Copyright office at The United States Library of Congress and register all images with them. About four months after our initial submission to the Library of Congress, we will receive a copyright certificate and will provide you with a copy--depending on the licensing category you have selected. This certificate provides you, or your company, certain protections for the licensing category you have selected and purchased.

Processing time generally varies depending on the volume of images to process. In most cases the time it takes to process your photos to the time you have them in your hands is about 3-5 days. We do offer a rush processing service for a premium, which would turn your products around in 12-hours or less in most cases.

At this time, National Photographer Group, LLC only works with clients whom are 18-years old or older. If you are in a pinch and need a photographer for your child then please contact us and we can refer another quality photographer to you.
